Tonight, I'm making a sausage skillet dinner along with roasted delicata squash. Here's what you'll need: Ingredients list
First, we'll start with the delicata squash since it takes longer to cook. Chopping squash and seasoning it with DAX green zest is essential for flavor. After preparing, we'll roast it in the oven at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Next, we'll prepare the sausage skillet. Cooking sausage in melted butter until browned, then adding in the apples, onion, and potatoes. We'll let it cook down until everything is tender and flavorful. Adding seasonings like caraway seeds and monk fruit sweetener enhances the taste.
Once everything is cooked, it's time to plate the meal. Final dish includes the delicata squash and sausage skillet. The entire dinner is only 8 smart points for 1/4 of the batch, making it a healthy option.
